So for me personally, things would probably go better if I had to deal with him in some capacity. Ultimately though, you need to be objective in your protection of others, and racism is kind of a big "no no" in that regard... Still, if his actions were unbiased, I don't think it would matter at all, but how are you going to prove that without him dragging a Jewish family from a burning building, or something? The easiest way to weigh this? If he said those things during the application process, would he still have been hired?
