If a team attempts to sign another team’s RFA, then the user who owns the RFA’s rights will have two days to decide whether or not to match the offer. If you do not inform me of a decision, you are defaulted to NOT matching the deal. This is straightforward. Four users in total had players that received offers by other teams. These four users have all been notified what player received an offer, what the offer was, and what their next options are. The deadline was explicitly stated in the PM, but as a second reminder, it is noon ET on Monday, September 18th. Should you idle this phase, you will default to not matching the offer that was given.
