Spicer's just an entirely insignificant being to the "Trump administration", he never steered anything on the policies, he's basically a messenger. Meanwhile his presence to me, in context with Colbert's whole intro blasting Trump, Spicer's appearance if anything would get under Trump's skin more. If this were Bannon or someone that actually meant something I could understand, but Spicer's nothing. The mouthpiece is important though.
