"I'm going to get something to eat," you say as you start getting up. "Would you like anything?"

"What're you having?" she asks.

"Well I need to check first," you say.

You walk into the kitchen and look in the cupboards. As Ms. Ferris said, there are non-perishable foods, like canned chicken noodle, clam chowder and tomato bisque, dry noodles like the Farfalle/bowtie, shells, Penne and of course Spaghetti noodles. There are jars of tomato pasta sauce to go with those, some with meat included in the mix. There is also a small loaf of bread, which explains the sandwiches Forester made. You double check and see there is a jar of peanut butter in the cupboard and jelly in the fridge, so the pilots settled for PB&J.

"Would you rather have soup or pasta?" you ask.

"Um... Soup sounds good," she says. "It'll hold us over until we land in Hawaii and can have something local for our real lunch."

"Yes, the timezone difference will make for a later lunch, won't it?" you say. "But it'll help keep us on time for dinner in Hawaii."

"What kind of soup will it be?" she asks.

"Tomato bisque," you say. "Is that alright?"

"Yeah, sure," she says.

You take out the can, find a can opener in a drawer, and find a pot that looks to be a decent size. You open the can, slowly pour the contents--chopped tomatoes soaking in tomato juice mixed with water, milk cream, butter cream and tomato puree--into the pot and then add a little extra water before setting the pot on the electric stove.

"It shouldn't be too long," you say to Raven as you read the can's label. "Just need to boil it."

You look through cupboards and find bowls. You bring out two, along with two spoons from drawers.

Raven laughs at something, and you peek your head out.

"What's so funny?" you ask.

"This, this guy," she says while laughing, "he, well I don't think I can say it like he said it. Is there a way to rewind?"

She looks at the remote.

"No DVR?" she says. "That's no fun. But, he was like, doing this really great, I guess you could call it 'white girl' voice, I'm not really sure. But he was using that voice to be like 'Oh, yeah. That's so hot.'"

You laugh as Raven laughs again.

"I know I didn't hear his, but I actually think yours is better," you say.

"No, his was pretty good," she says.

"Well I'll take your word for it," you say. "Say stuff in that voice again."

"No...!" she laughs with a blush.

"Fine," you say as you go back to the kitchen.

You stir the tomato bisque, then let it sit until it boils. You turn off the electric stove but still remove the pot from the active coil. The drawback of an electric stove is that the heat doesn't disappear instantly like on a gas. After the soup settles down, you use a ladle to evenly distribute the soup into the two bowls.

"Soup's ready," you say as you put the pot in the sink and soak it.

Raven walks over, you pour two glasses of orange juice. You hand one to Raven as she takes a bowl, you take up the other bowl and you both sit down at the couch again.

"So," Raven says as she stirs through her soup, "if we're saving our... deal, for tonight, what are we going to do first? After checking in, of course."

A) Beach first
B) Paranormal sightseeing first
