yeah I was just pointing out though they likely don't remember the 90s very well at all. maybe a year or two of it. I was born in the late 80s and I don't remember much before 93

But that would mean you remember 7 years of the decade, which is quite a bit.

And I quite disagree about the lack of remembrance in general. It's actually hard to forget, now that such a large chunk of pop culture is derivative from what was established, or at least gained iconic popularity, in the 90s.

I was talking about another guy only remembering a couple of years of the 90s, and using that I didn't remember the first few despite being born in the 80s.
