Topic	Countries that were once great, but now are alright or bad.

Although, the Ottoman Empire was never great, it was just pretty good and fairly powerful. Plus, it did the Armenian Genocide, which was dreadful. In some ways, Britain. I'd like to think my country is pretty good, but after losing territories like HK and particularly India, we're not nearly as big or powerful.
