I'm going to assume this isn't a biology topic. I would say every person has most or all of these. This is typed off the cuff and isn't well developed or organized.

- appreciation for art. Be it music, theater, movies, visual arts, novels, whatever. Every human ought to appreciate art.

- empathy. Understanding others' emotions is paramount for the human experience.

- kindness. Not being a dick is the best way to win friends.

- being a dick. On the other hand, people also need to look out for themselves, and fight for their best interests. Even if it steps on toes.

- spirituality and ritualism. I think pretty much everybody has some sort of superstitions, religious beliefs, or rituals that they adhere to. Even if it's subconscious.

- society, community, and cooperation. This is why civilization exists.

- respect for authority. Whether it's parents, teachers, police, priests, government leaders, supervisor, superior, or god(s), everyone answers to someone.

- defiance of authority. Yeah, this is also an indelible part of being human. Authority needs to be challenged in order to continue being respected.

- desire for companionship. Usually a lover, but friends and family or even pets also apply.

- making mistakes and learning from them.

And probably lots of other stuff. But I need to get back to work.
