I sure as shit didn't celebrate the shooting at all. Hell, I called a friend of mine who is a mortician in Las Vegas to ask her about her workload. We both have morbid senses of humor, though there wasn't much beyond me confirming she was safe and just inquiring about if she had any extra work as a result of it.
