The first tier has the 1st 3 Job Skill Cards, and each node has an objective that blocks your path to the next one. But merely clearing the node gets you the Skill Card. The goals are easily achievable, like dealing 100k damage to an enemy and such. Next tier has 3 Nodes as well, but the final Skill Card is at the last Node, and the requirements start getting ridiculous (8,888,888 target score, use Ultimate to break 7 targets, kill 7 OUT OF 7 targets with their elemental weakness) etc. Again, you only need to clear the last Node to get the last Skill Card The final tier... yeah. Imagine Chaos Vortex but youre stuck with a crappy job and the enemies have an advantage over you.
