Multiple ways to invoke it. You can "share" any image to it, which will immediately begin the upload and put the direct link in your clipboard once done. If you're on Android N you can add it to your quick settings in the notification bar, where clicking on it brings up an image selector, and clicking on one starts the upload. Apps can integrate with it as well - GameRaven is obviously the first, with a button next to the posting interface, above the bold button. Yes, it costs money. I've put ages into Android development and GameRaven in particular.
