AFAIK, Trump has not instituted genocide. Not everyone is voting for Trump, because they think Trump is on the same level as Hitler. Preventing Trump from being president is a far safer choice when it comes to changing the present. Only the past 2 years would be affected and there likely wouldn't be some major change from someone getting elected president. Removing Hitler changes the entire landscape of the WW2 era and there are a lot of unknown variables that could drastically change the present given the huge gap 80 year gap from the start of WW2. Hypothetical changes that may be good or may be bad vs. definitely saving millions of lives. Yeah, I can totally see how that's a tough call. You do also risk causing your parents to not meet. Being born after the events of WW2 and drastically changing the events of WW2 could cause them just to never cross paths.
