It's funny that you say that, because it's only now that China is actually starting to crack down on NK by enforcing the UN sanctions. They weren't doing that until Trump starting being a dotard to Kimmy. I suspect China was like, "Fuck, you've got that dipshit in NK who would be willing to start something, then you have an asshole in the US who would be willing to start shit. Maybe we should actually do something about this?" China is gonna become the new world leader it seems. America had it's time. China is actually doing some good policies to change things around.
