why is everyone saying tony stark instead of iron man?

yes i know its one and the same, but how do people differentiate b/w stark and iron man?

everybody says batman, nobody says bruce wayne when talking about ben affleck

nobody calls that guy clark kent, just superman

just wondering is all

interesting

or maybe its cause first user said stark instead of iron man and everyone followed suit

because him acting as Stark is more noteable then when hes "suited up" as Iron Man. those scenes tend to be more memorable where as with batman, in most if not all of his movies pretty much all the notable scenes are of batman not of bruce

I think another point to consider is that Stark's "alter ego" isn't exactly a secret identity by any means. Stark and Iron Man are one in the same (even the public knows Stark is Iron Man), whereas Batman is secretly Bruce Wayne.
