Here, the choice is between helping somebody who - in sound mind - wants to die to achieve that end, or continuing to pour resources into saving the life of somebody who doesn't want to be saved. There's a pretty solid case to be made for calling assisted suicide the best harm/benefit trade-off. --- This is my signature.
