Personally I think a balanced team in this game is two DPS, support, sage/paladin and white mage with instant/stoneskin medica. You want two characters for protectga/shellga (or use Rikku's USB as a RW) so having another 4* white magic user helps a lot if you're against mixed offense bosses and can also do some damage or breaks when you feel comfortable that they don't need to heal (like while stoneskin is up) --- http://i.imgur.com/dNrNa5B.gifv LOL!!!!
