| mooreandrew58 10/09/17 9:46:08 PM #4: | didn't know we celebrated it. but if my knowledge of history is correct he actually never stepped foot in the actual US so why should we give a fuck about him. he also didn't discover it. can never remember the name of the guy who technically did as far as europeans go but our country was somewhat named after him despite not being pronounced the same way. just going of sound it was some shit like Amerigos or some shit. (though I think vikings even predated him. but they didn't stick around to claim the land, probably came to plunder and found wasn't much to plunder and left) --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
