If USA loses and Panama and Honduras both lose or draw against the top 2 teams Mexico and Costa Rica, USA still advances. If USA loses and Panama OR Honduras win, USA still goes to the elimination match against Asias 5th best team. If USA loses and Panama AND Honduras both win, USA is completely eliminated.
