The pronoun one, not so much. It's basically right wing fear mongering. Here's a Breitbart article:

If you read the actual bill it's basically saying that you aren't allowed to discriminate against an LGBT person in a long term medical care facility, and that includes stuff like HIV status or knowingly and purposely calling them the wrong pronoun when you have been informed otherwise. I think that's pretty fair tbh
