Topic	Cali now has harsher laws for pronoun violations than purposely spreading HIV

Here's a Breitbart article: http://www.breitbart.com/california/2017/10/10/california-law-calling-transgenders-wrong-gender-pronoun-send-jail/ If you read the actual bill it's basically saying that you aren't allowed to discriminate against an LGBT person in a long term medical care facility, and that includes stuff like HIV status or knowingly and purposely calling them the wrong pronoun when you have been informed otherwise.
