If you're as much of a right-wing lunatic as Breitbart writers and want to spin it that hard, sure.

No spin to it, the punishment for a caregiver purposely using a wrong pronoun is literally more harsh than if a caregiver with HIV is purposely spreading it. That's fucked up.
