Timothy then untied her and let her outside so she could smoke..then asked if he could make it up to her by doing some yard work or fixing something at his house..She said "No" He said didn't really want to kill her because his own mother died when he was 12 and he "could not imagine leaving 2 kids without a mother" He told her he was joining the military so it wouldn't be "awkward" living next to each other After he left, that's when she went inside and called the police...
