I have to to say the argument over Rick and Morty fans causing chaos over the sauce seems a bit one sided though. Yeah, people shouldn't have caused a disturbance over sauce. But similarly McDonald's shouldn't have released a very limited item that was very high in demand for 1 day only. It's like if the banks said to show up at a specific time for a limited distribution of free money and it caused a riot as people were fighting over it. Who's fault is that? Still the people. The bank isn't doing anything wrong by offering free money. In fact they don't have to do that at all, just as McDonald's doesn't have to offer more sauce variety for their chicken testicles. The argument isn't that "the bank" is technically doing anything "wrong", it's that offering a highly demanded item in extremely limited quantities in a first come first server bases obviously causes people to fight over it. It's made even worse when the item is cheap, or free, because then even more people show up. To say you didn't think that would happen is naive at best. You're arguing that the person who incites a mob to do something is innocent because they themselves are not a part of the mob. --- The only fool bigger than the person who knows it all is the person who argues with him.
