It doesn't stop him from running his mouth. Afterwards the cop shows up and tells him to stop creating a disturbance and leave. It goes about as well as last time.

Damn. A Dustin video never disappoints. I swear, New Jersey has nothing on Hagerstown, MD. This is the most Jerry Springer, white trash thing Ive seen in awhile.
That being said, the cop in this video was a prick and deserved to be written up. Dustin has straight up video of him being attacked and the cop refuses to look at it or provide his badge number? Thats fucked up. Otis should have been taken in for assault right then and Dustin should have been booked for disorderly conduct. Heres hoping that cop is fired before he fucks anything else up.
On the other hand, its extremely amusing to watch Dustin almost repeat the exact same thing that landed him in jail the last time -> refusing to leave the scene when a cop tells him to go. When is he going to learn?
That's why we have the courts. The other guy can press charges and they'd likely get dropped.
The officer was only a "prick" because Squader is being Squader. If you know anything about Squader, you know that he hassles cops all the time. This cop has probably dealt with him multiple times.
To be fair, in the video Dustin said they refused to review videos where the officer told him to file charges.
