And I think "he's holding back to conserve stamina", while maybe the actual reason, doesn't FEEL like a good reason you know? the whole arc's been doing this to almost everybody unfortunately, even Vegeta and amazingly Goku as well there's just no impressive enemies at all, and the ones who are will all be reserved for Goku or Jiren again, the arc is just such a colossal waste of a massive Battle Royale scenario.
