always wondered about that.

doing some study on my family history though whom came from Hamburg Germany. there is debate on where the hamberger came from, one side claims america (texas specifically I think) and the other well Hamburg. both claiming they invented it within the same time era, which is possible for two people to have similar ideas, but naming it the same thing? i'll believe Hamburg did though as the name makes more sense that way considering its made of beef not ham

though the german version had I wanna say fried eggs on it as well. either way though I'll believe they did it first, but as said my family is from that area so I got some bias
