did you... even read that link, corrik?

Yes. It is about a teacher who calls on Black Women first. Black Men Second. Minorities third. White women 4th. And if she has to white men last.

She says she does this as to implement diversity but what it actually does is just suppress opinions from White students specifically. Which is a discrimination by race.

This stuff happens in ways so much nowadays in ways that are justified to those doing it as right. Affirmative Action for the longest time was a mockery as it did what it supposedly was there in action against.

Thay said, do I personally feel I have been discriminated against? Not really. I have seen preferential treatment in the work force to other races than my own. But, at the end of the day, I have never felt discriminated against. I am just pointing out there is reasons why someone would feel that way being white though.

If your work is lax on an African-American calling off past the limit because he threatens to call NAACP, and a White man is fired when he went past that same limit.

Is it discrimination? I mean technically no because he did what was clearly written was fireable. Does it appear to be discrimination to him though if you did not do the same for the African-American Man? Preference can lead to feels of being discriminated.

Well, they let Sleepy over there miss 15 days because he threatened to call the NAACP and I missed 7 days and was fired. How the fuck does that make sense? It is a mentality.

These scenarios DO exist in workplaces also.
