Does the two of them having consensual sex after the incident change the nature of the incident itself? The woman was drunk and vomiting in the show, and Tyler went in after her completely naked. She then told him to leave. Seems fairly obvious he wanted to take advantage of her while she was drunk. Yet when being interviewed the other day by Patrick Klepek, he claims it was completely harmonious and consensual? We know that she told him to leave, both of their stories are consistent that he did after this, as both stories agreed that nothing else happened that night. So obviously it was not as harmonious as Tyler claims. One of them is lying, again seems pretty clear to me that its probably him. Particularly given that Lea didnt even out him publicly, she did it in a private Facebook conversation. Why exactly would she lie in this context?
If she marked it up to a misunderstanding and kept a relationship with him which included consensual sex, I would say that this scenario is highly unlikely not something that was a misunderstanding.
I dunno who goes... well yeah he sexual assaulted me but he was a good guy so I kept hanging out with him and slept with him cuz fuck that guy he is a pig who sexually assaulted me.
The point is... there are enough holes already. So to automatically ASSUME he is guilty seems dumb to me. ---
