Is it a fairly republican vote? Those guys didn't come out against the republican party, they came out against Trump. Yeah this doesnt really have anything to do with Trump, other than Trump being a republican. Regardless of if Trump was in office, would they not vote the same way for this? Yes they would. The cosmic irony is that people voted for Trump because they thought things like this would stop in Washington, and still do. My main point was that we should be glad people from the right are speaking about how bad Trump is, but we shouldn't expect them to stop being republicans.
