I used to be a clean freak who wouldn't share spoons, food, sips, straws, etc. I would never double dip.

But then I stopped doing it, and I stopped getting as sick. I used to be sick multiple times a year with flus and colds, but after 3 years of being uncleanliness I've only been sick once.
