I don't give a fuck if I get my 1700 calories from one meal a day at a fast food place. As long as I get no more than 1700 calories a day and be more active, I'm good. Whether that's from cardio or lifting. I'll just do whatever I feel like that day. Goal is to lose a pound a week. Gotta stop complicating shit. --- I dream broken dreams I make them come true ...
