I know sugar is bad, I've been on keto, I've tried all that. But I love me some carbs. I'm already going to be restricting myself, no need to overdo it right away. Just stick with 1700 calories a day and exercise. First micro goal is get under 300lbs. --- I dream broken dreams I make them come true ... Copied to Clipboard! |
