Topic	Is it rape if a person is drunk and consents to sex?

Why is it automatically the female that's the victim? All it takes is a drunk chick deciding she regrets fucking you, even if she was the one who came onto you and you were just as drunk, and your life is over. It happens all the time in the US and it's a real problem in colleges and universities right now.
