Topic	Finally getting treatment for ADHD starting today

I had to wait 5 months to start seeing just a bog standard psychiatrist on a skype call. Like they actually brought me from the waiting room to a room with a big monitor and a camera. Wtf Canada give me stuff. That's a long time! And what the heck you waited to do a video call?? When I lived in Edmonton I waited about 2 weeks to see a psychiatrist for the first time, and during that wait I had 2 counseling sessions and started group CBT. It was really good.
