He wasn't like "GET ME A LAWYER" it was along the lines of "if you're going to treat me like I'm guilty, you should just get me a lawyer". It is important that it was stated as part of a hypothetical. I think that is enough to qualify as a definitive statement, but I could also see how some would perceive it as not enough based on the standards set in Miranda. I dunno, it seems borderline to me. I agree here.
