| Topic | Anyone else have a difficult time getting up in the morning? |

The less stuff you do in bed besides sleep the easier it is for your mind and body to shift into sleep mode when you get in bed. I sometimes watch shows on my laptop laying in bed, but that's about it. Never heard of a wake up light. It sounds like it'll help though.
