and no, there really isn't. they're unfounded claims. there's only two, one having to do with ethanol production, and one having to do with chickens.

you literally never hear someone suggest beer as a means of medication. to drown your sorrows, sure, but to heal a cold or something? no.

even if hops had any antibiotic properties, the act of actually extracting them is incredibly difficult and it's not going to happen while brewing alcohol.
