There's literally nothing to be salty about. She wasn't even into him. He's gotten a 3rd date, which is 3 dates more than you've EVER gotten. Nobody cares about dates. They meaning nothing until you're in a relationship or have had sex. As far as I've heard that guy didn't get any kisses and even paid for the dates, that's worse than not having any. Missing the point. He's further along than Tad is (and I'm assuming you are) to figuring out how to get the sex you are putting so high on a pedestal. It was his first time dating, it's to be expected that he would make mistakes / wouldn't be Mr. Suave.
