Otunga wants full custody of their child because Hudson wants to travel around the world for her music career. She wants full custody, so she has filed an Protective Order against him which is pretty dirty. Like, it's possible that maybe Otunga was abusive, but they've apparently been working out a divorce for 10 months now, and this is the first time she's attempted a Protective Order or claimed abuse.
