Topic	The trailer for the Rampage movie (based on the game series... sorta) came out

A Rampage movie could literally be incredible. Yeah but when was the last time Rampage was even relevant? I remember buying that somewhat mediocre game on Wii and that was when I realized how repetitive the gameplay was in the Rampage series. And I loved playing Rampage on N64 as a kid. The Wii game had the Arcade ports of the Rampage 64 game and the original game though which was the reason I bought the game. The timing is certainly bizarre and, tbh, even at its height, it's not like it was a massively popular franchise. Frankly, if you're going to do a giant monster movie adapted from a game which prominently features people, they should have gone with Primal Rage. You'd have Blizzard as a good gorilla who would naturally work with his human followers, you'd have a bunch of villainous monsters with hordes of human followers, and you could play the story seriously.
