Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.
2 Corinthians 9:15 KJV

This one seems pretty obvious. I don't know what Corinthians as a whole is about, but I know it is in the New Testament so I assume it is Jesus related. The one thing that confuses me is the choice of the word unspeakable.

My best guesses are that the gift in reference could be life itself, all of creation, God's love, or the fact that he had his son die for the sins of others. Maybe all of those things. I still don't understand how the word unspeakable would apply to any of those though.

You have chosen an interesting place to start reading! Here, Corinthians is saying a parable about sowing seeds, which ends with your quote. They're talking about the saints at the time, and the seed is the good news of Christ.

In my translation, the word they used is indescribable. The saints came to people under the spell of death with grace and joy, something they have never seen before. So the people began to pray for the saints and help them, and that is the unspeakable gift. They won the hearts of the people basically, and the point of saints is to do the work on earth that God will not do yet, that is, to speak to others physically rather than spiritually.
