When FCC instituted Title II that means that 100% of Title II is on the table. It also means anything they eventually decide is "needed" to regulate further will be done. The people in the FCC doing the regulating are not elected, they are not a Governing body the size of the House and Senate, three guys can make up a regulatory rule and get it implemented. Secondly, what gives anyone the right to decide how a private company manages their networks? People who support this need to look back at history rather than listen to what everyone tells them. The FCC is about blocking speech, and eventually they will.

A breast pops out for 1/2 a second at a Super Bowl, it becomes a sensational story, the FCC gets involved. CBS is fined more than half a million dollars by the FCC. It cost more to fight the battle all the way to the Supreme Court than the fine.

Howard Stern uses language OTA that is in daily general usage. It costs his terrestrial Broadcasters millions in court fees, fines and over 30 years costs Stern markets which he dominated and jobs. Not because 100,000's of thousands of people hated it, because they didn't, otherwise he would not have been the most popular broadcaster on terrestrial radio of all time, but because he violated FCC rules.

Fox, NBC, CBS, all of them, one host, broadcaster, anyone says a "bad" word and they spend three days apologizing for it over the air, because they know they are facing massive fines.
