Try to be a friend to someone else if you want someone to be a friend to you. Be vulnerable with someone else, who can maybe validate those feelings and then redirect that energy into more positive behaviors. Care less about what other people think. Don't assume what other people think about you. You're not a mind reader. Try to do things that make you proud of yourself, even in baby steps.
