Also eat plain yogurt (no flavors) with active culture, and there is also a organic drink you can get in grocery stores (I forgot the name of it) but it offers the same thing (get the one with ginger in it), I do remember it being a type of tea with some minor alcohol in it (but it doesn't get you drunk, don't worry). --- It's not stupidity, it's something much worse.
