The good news? Flair defeated Foley in a 2/3 falls match. The bad news? Flair won 2-0 with a fluke rollup and then by DQ when Foley decided to straight up beat the shit out of Flair with a trashcan. WCW ppvs in North Carolina on the other hand... Every Fall Brawl from 1995 to 1999 Slamboree 1997 Starrcade 83 through 86, and also 1993 SuperBrawl III Great American Bash 1985 ...not that WCW did a better job of booking Flair any better in his home state.
