Topic	My fesh install of Windows 10 uses 2gb of RAM after finishing booting up.

That's considerably bigger and more significant. It's probably in the area of like 10 GB of data. Though I do agree that software engineering has taken a shit as a whole. Nothing gets tested anymore on the premise of "we'll patch it when it's out", which is absolute nonsense because very often common problems end up unfixed with this mentality.
