While innocent until proven guilty is indeed something that applies to official courts, you can't expect people who are protected by some amount anonymity online to also take that stance they don't have to but saying someone was charged is one thing. Going around calling them a "pedo" and saying they were "convicted" or they are "wanted" or making up some bogus story about extradition is literally defamation and GameFAQs should take that seriously. In the paper it even says that the prosecutor believed that they did not wish to pursue those charges. Not that they didn't want to extradite. They HAVE extradited already. Then they just used the case to toy with me and keep me going 6 hours every few months.
