I've been shopping with them for 2 years and recently I've had late items, and a few items haven't been in stock that normally would be, pre-ordered items weren't in stock even 1 whole month after release date, etc. I'm seeing recent frequent complaints across many Gamefaqs boards right now. I'm sure they'll pull through eventually though, after the holidays at least (hopefully). They just need to get their shit together.
