You should probably try to understand how disabilities work before you use them as an insult.

There's some delicious hypocrisy in slurring people with disabilities like that when talking about empathy, since mocking people for being disabled or mocking people by calling them disabled are sociopathic behaviors which are about as far from empathy as you can get.
