Power Girl is completely competent and has been the leader of a couple of JSA teams. Her thing is that she is cocky and aggressive. Of the main Kryptonian heroes, she is the one most likely to seriously hurt or maim her opponent. Is there a DC hero who's gimmick is that they are incompetent?
