Syndicate was already bad with this in terms of money you can buy when you can earn money (and EASILY) in that game without paying for it. Spending real cash to expedite the process is not good game design. If I wanted that I would pay for something like Gameshark or Codebreaker, if anything of the like could work on current gen games, since those basically did the same thing (or more).
