My sister has had some epileptic issues a few times when she was under exceptional stress. Once in college during exams, and again when our grandfather died. She has a history of hallucinations when she's under stress as well. All of which mostly remained a mystery to the doctors.

I don't know how that would relate to you. It seems you have a laundry list of issues going on, and you've already had plenty of tests. But maybe your stress levels aren't something to necessarily ignore.
